Inversion Gets Offensive...Trailer


Saber Interactive's gravity twisting shooter Inversion on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 has a new trailer. Showing off offensive gameplay, manipulating gravity for offensive tactics and impressive maneuvers. Developer commentary goes over the tactics and grappling ideas, in various situations. Switching between low gravity and high gravity, players can make enemies float into the sky or weight them down breaking them or slowing them. Manipulating gravity looks like a lot of fun, it looks very similar to the leash from Bulletstorm.

Dark Souls Goes Gold


Ready to slay some monsters in Dark Souls? Well Namco Bandai announced today that Dark Souls has been approved for production on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This means that the master copy of the game has been sent to the factory, to produce that disc you will be putting in your console on October 4th.

If you preorder now you can still get the Dark Souls Collector's Edition. It is a free upgrade to anyone who preorders before October 4th. It comes with the soundtrack, mini strategy guide, artbook, behind the scenes download token, and a special case.

Dark Souls Summon Prologue 4


The fourth and final part to the Dark Souls prologue was released today by Namco Bandai. Helping to explain the back story to Dark Souls, part 4 combines all the previous parts of the prologue into one long video. So in case anyone missed them, they can all be watch as one movie. Sequel to Demons Souls, Dark Souls will be hitting stores on October 4th for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Check out the awesome trailer below.

Katamari Damacy Rolling Up Vita


King of All Cosmos is back on PS Vita. New from the Tokyo Game Show, Katamari Damacy (Working Title) was announced for Sony's new handled PlayStation Vita. While not much information is known about it, it will make use of the back touch screen, to stretch and squeeze the katamari to let you roll up things like never before.

As a huge Katamari fan, another Katamari Damacy being announced is huge. Any new info GCX can get our hands on, we will be sure to post it. For now, stay satisfied with the video and few pics below.

A Tale Eternally Retold Again! Soul Calibur V TGS Trailer


Button masher story eternally retold for the fifth time, Soul Calibur V gets a TGS 2011 trailer. We have a new story that has not been told Soul Calibur apparently. Showing off gameplay it looks very good. We see some newcomers in action, one which seems to be some kind of female witch. Graphicaly it looks beautiful, what I would expect from a sequel to Soul Calibur IV. Then there is the every so delightful Valdo...yes that's a spider crotch.

3DS port of Tales of the Abyss got three new character trailers today. For TGS 2011, Namco Bandai created a video for characters Luke, Jade and Tear. While I am sure the game itself is lots of fun, couldn't Namco release a more exciting trailers?

10 New Inversion Screenshots


Inversion developed by Saber Interactive has seemed to live under the radar in the gaming world. Namco Bandai today released 10 new screenshots of Inversion, which feature multiplayer gameplay. Set to release in February 2012, Inversion is a third person shooter that features gravity tactile play and destructible environments.

Four new quick pictures for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations. We can see ninja's doing all sorts of magic attacks, in case ninja's aren't stealthy enough. I am not sure how this follows the Naruto story, as we can only see ninja's running using magic.

Prologue 2 of Dark Souls


Namco Bandai today released a video detailed part of 2 for the prologue of Dark Souls. Telling a brief tale of powerful lords and and souls who have been corrupted by the ones from the "dark". I am sure part 3 will be revealed soon, showing the poor fate of these souls. GamingCX will be sure to post it, when Namco Bandai releases Prologue 3.

Dark Souls finds another way to torment players!

In the prequel, players were able to invade other players games as red souls. This allowed you to hunt the player, kill them, and steal there soul in order to become alive again.

In the sequel Dark Souls, the Pyromancer class will get a new tool to hunt players, they will be able to summon a Gravelord, sending it into another players world, attacking them until the player or the monster is defeated.
