GameStop Taking iOS Trade-Ins, Creating Android Tablet


Gamestop is now accepting your iPad, Iphone, and iPod's for trade in. They will give you in-store credit, which can be used towards any purchase in the store. No mention of trade-in prices, but I am expecting a big markup.

Taking this opportunity Gamestop also announced they will be releasing a Gamestop branded Android tablet. They are calling it the ""GameStop certified gaming platform.". Market testing has already began in Dallas, Texas with the tablet. Gamestop expects it to be available next year, coming preloaded with games.

While I think trading in old iOS devices is find and dandy, I still think there is better alternatives.

Sonic CD Speeds Into Trailer


SEGA released a short trailer on what to expect for Sonic CD. Starting off with a 3D Dr. Robotnik and Sonic, as they run into the past, transforming into 2D.

Considered to be one of the best, if not the best Sonic. The blue blur is heading his way to PC, Xbox Arcade, PSN, iOS, Android, and Windows Phone 7.

Battlefield 3: Aftershock First Look


EA which is huge in the iOS department released some screenshots of the iOS version of Battlefield 3.

Currently not much is known about this version of the game, but we can probably expect similar features, but improved from the iOS version of Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Judging the looks of the pictures, iOS players will be in for a real treat.
